Break the stigma and talk about your emotions.

Let's normalize mental health conditions in our society together.

With a collection of exclusively selected products compiled in three different boxes, the Yang Club aspires to make a difference in the mental health of young people.

While creating a place of retreat, the Yang Club provides the necessary background knowledge and expertise to understand the benefits and advantages of the selected products.

Our Story

At the beginning of September 2020, and in the middle of the Covid-19 crisis, we (four students from Amsterdam) decided to find out more about the consequences of this crisis on mental health. Our goal was to come up with something that can help young adults and their peers in these challenging times. We were definitely not the only ones noticing the importance of this issue.

We want to be part of a movement that de-stigmatizes mental health conditions and provides people, and especially students and young professionals, with a safe environment to talk about their experiences.

We want to invest in young people because everyone has earned a chance at mental health. With the boxes, we carefully put together, we aim to provide a sense of calmness, and an introduction to new and enjoyable practises to support your mental health.

''Being transparent about your feelings as well as talking about them is key to learn how to cope with your emotions. I believe breaking the stigma around mental health is the first step for people to feel safe and comfortable to open up about their personal struggles.''

''I noticed that the simplest questions like 'how are you feeling today' may sometimes be the most comforting words. Caring about each other is what we need during these times.''
